Shipping policy

We offer stable and safe global shipping services to all customers worldwide. Before shipment, all clothing items will be inspected manually one by one to confirm no stain, no damage and no obvious defects. After neat folding and arrangement, we use special dust-proof and pressure-proof packaging materials for outer packing, so as to avoid extrusion, folding wrinkles, dirt and package damage during long-distance transportation.

After your payment is successfully confirmed, our team will complete order review, product sorting, packaging and delivery within 1–3 working days. Weekends and official public holidays are not included in the processing time. After the goods are dispatched, we will send the official logistics tracking number to your registered email address, so that you can check the logistics progress and parcel status in real time at any time.

For all international cross-border orders, all import duties, consumption taxes, customs clearance fees and other additional charges generated at the destination shall be borne solely by the buyer. We will provide complete commercial documents to assist customs clearance. The delivery time we provide is only an estimated reference. Any delay caused by customs inspection, logistics arrangement, extreme weather, epidemic control and other force majeure factors is beyond our management scope, and we will not bear any related responsibilities.

If you receive the parcel with damaged outer packaging, wrong goods, missing items or defective products, please take photos of the package and the goods within 48 hours of receiving the goods, and contact our customer service with your order number. We will verify the situation as soon as possible and give reasonable solutions such as replacement, full refund and partial refund to protect your legitimate shopping rights and interests.
